This paper lists the most recent mobile health apps for managing blood pressure that are based on the Internet of Things. An umbrella name for a class of metabolic illnesses characterised by persistently elevated blood sugar levels is blood pressure. In order to provide long-term blood pressure care, patients, professionals, and family carers must all be involved. Numerous Internet of Things-based applications for controlling blood pressure have been proposed as a result of substantial developments in wireless and online technology. The majority of these apps are designed to aid with technology-assisted decision-making and patient tracking. We look at the fundamental architecture of these new applications, how they work, and the main issues and difficulties they encounter. This work's main goal is to support researchers in creating better blood pressure control apps using 2PA to strengthen security precautions in health management systems.
