Abstract

This study presents a mathematical pattern comprising eight interconnected compartments that incorporate immunization and serve as a key component in investigating the transmission characteristics of respiratory disease. This work thoroughly examine the pattern's inherent properties, encompassing solution-contaminated values and bounded ranges, and analyze stability without disorder equilibrium, considering the basic reproduction count using real data with Susceptible Exposed Quarantined Recovered Vaccinated (SEQR-V). Our SEQR-V based study involves estimating ten significant parameters and computing India’s basic reproduction count using the suggestedpattern and fitting it to the countriesdaily and cumulative respiratory disease diagnoses. A robustness analysis is performed concerning the reproduction count at equilibrium to identify the essential parameters that significantly influence the pervasive transmission of the disorder. This work expand the pattern into an optimization problem with controls incorporating fourfold control functions representing non-pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical intervention strategies. Our numerical simulations demonstrate that implementing four control strategies significantly reduces respiratory disease transmission dynamics compared to using three, two, or a single control strategy.
