Abstract

Scalable feature representation, domain generalization, and effective information extraction have become major difficulties due to the exponential development of high-dimensional visual data collected from domains like industrial monitoring, surveillance, medical imaging, and remote sensing. Traditional deep learning models sometimes rely on large annotated datasets, which reduces cross-domain performance, and exhibit limited adaptability when applied in a variety of visual contexts. For high-dimensional visual intelligence and knowledge discovery, this work proposes a scalable adaptive transfer learning architecture to address these challenges. The proposed approach combines transformer-based attention mechanisms with pre-trained convolutional neural networks to capture hierarchical spatial characteristics and long-range contextual relationships in complex visual input. An adaptive fine-tuning method that dynamically adjusts model parameters depending on target domain properties is proposed to increase transferability and decrease negative transfer. The addition of an adversarial domain adaptation module, which reduces distribution discrepancies between source and target domains, also enables strong cross-domain knowledge transfer. To increase scalability and computational efficiency, the system makes use of reducing the dimensionality and optimum learning methods that reduce processing overhead while maintaining discriminative feature representations. Extensive experimental evaluations on benchmark visual datasets show that the proposed approach performs better than conventional deep learning and transfer learning methods in terms of classification accuracy, convergence behavior, and generalization efficacy. The results show how well transferable knowledge is maintained in a range of visual settings by the adaptive learning process. All things considered, our work provides a reliable and scalable transferable learning paradigm that facilitates data-driven decision-making and reliable visual cortex in demanding high-dimensional environments.
